Hello, remember back in May when you filled in a questionnaire about what you do best, what you need to work on, etc…..

Well, we also started the goal setting process at that time. It’s now time to get back at it and write some details down. Can you please take your questionnaire out and start writing some ideas. I would like to sit down with each of you in the next 3 weeks for a mid-year evaluation and crystallize some goals.
