    Hello Athletes:

    This week will be a bit shorter due to the Nipika Camp on the weekend. With the colder weather moving in, and the change of temperature during practice it is important that you bring appropriate clothing to practice. Gloves, toque, racing top and a vest are all a good idea.

    Tuesday: 3:45 – 5:15 w/ Geret. Precision work, zone one and some sprints
    Wednesday: 6:00 – dry fire with Geret immediately after physical training.
    Thursday: 4:30 – 6:30 – w/ Jeff/Geret – please bring roller skis – longer laps Z3
    Friday – Sunday – Nipika Camp
