    Hello Team,

Good work on another great week of training under your belts!

The Nordic Centre has given us a tentative range reopening date of October 9. There is a chance it could open sooner. Looking ahead to the first week of October, if we have early access to the range then we will take advantage and work shooting into our regular scheduled sessions on October 3 and 4. If we do not have early access we will be joining XC.

    Holidays without team training sessions:
October 2: Orange Shirt Day/National Day for Truth and Reconciliation/first day back from Kimberley
    October 7/9: Thanksgiving weekend

Special training opportunities coming up to mark on the calendar:
October 11- 6:00-7:00 -> 3,000M run with Foothills and XC Bragg Creek at the Nakoda Elementary Tack
October 14- 9:00-12:00 -> Bow Valley Campground Sprints

If your family has any old and unwanted toys/costumes/arts & crafts supplies, please feel free to donate them for the activity. It’ll be a good one!

“Motivation is contagious: The people with whom you surround yourself shape you. They lift you up when you are down. The provide gravity when you soar. They give your pursuits meaning. If you want to reach your individual potential, it’s best to strive for it in a group.” -Brad Stulberg
