    Training this week:

    Tuesday: 4:45-6:15. Meet at Bow River Campground. We will be joining the T2/T3 and older athletes to rollerski in the campground. We will be skating. It is also a sprint race workout for the older kids that we have been invited to. The T1 athletes and I will decide if individuals would like to join, and the others will do a skills sessions but be apart of the event with skiing the course in between heats and cheering on our teammates. Don’t forget your helmet.
    Bow River Campground is at the end of Three Sisters Dr. on the far side of the overpass.

    Wednesday 4:45-6:15 Meet at the CNC. We will be running and orienteering. Bring a comfortable water bottle holder that holds a bottle well, we will be carrying our water belts with us.

    Friday: Nipika. Please arrange rides to Nipika for 4:00pm. You have the details for the camp, if you have any questions let me know. T1 athletes need to bring plate, cup, bowl, and utensils. This is a peanut free camp. There will be no session for those staying in town.
