    Now that you have all had a chance to settle into your school routine, we will dive into regular fall training! Please come dressed appropriately for training as the fall evenings can be quite cold & rainy or warm. You will get more out of the session if you can focus on the session rather than trying to stay warm.

    Training this week:

    Monday(9) 5:00-6:30 LC+ New Strength with Eric. Come ready to get pumped up! Meet at the BWTC.

    Tuesday(10) 4:30-6:00 LC/LC+ We will save the Grassi Nub for another day- training changed to a 1.5hr trail run. Meet at the Peaks of Grassi Park. Session to end at 6PM.

    Wednesday(11) 4:30-6:15 LC+ Skate Rollerski intensity. Meet at the teamroom.

    Thursday(12) 4:45-6:30 LC/LC+ Run and Strength. Meet at the teamroom.

    Saturday(14) 9:00-11:30 LC/LC+ Distance Run with some sprints. Meet at the boat launch by the bridge.
