    Hello U16/U18,

    Below is the typical weekly schedule for team training.  As you know, we do move sessions around due to race weekends (race prep on Friday, no training Monday after a race weekend) and Tuesday nights are designated to coaching Jackrabbits. For TTS-Dev, your extra day of strength training with Chelsea has wrapped up. We will now focus on bringing that strength into ski specific motion.
