    Hey Team,

    Looks like the snow if finally coming…

    TT2/TC: warm-up combo running and new strength/weight plan. Core/cool-down/stretch to finish
    TT1: Z1 combo with strength (hopefully combo) and sprints

    Wednesday (TT2 only): Max heart rate test. warm-up/cool-down

    Thursday: Z1 combo, drills, skiing?

    Friday-Sunday: SNOW CAMP! details to come…
