Hi Team:
Saturday: 10:30am at the BWTC. We will watch a classic video and then go for a 1.5-1.75hr classic ski, all with XC. Done by 1:00pm.
Sunday: Meet at 11:00am at the BWTC. Biathlon WC video, followed by some Z1 CL combo (still too cold to skate). We will do 1.0hr of combo.
Monday: 10:30am start at range. 1.0-1.5 CL combo. Finished by 12:00pm. If it’s warm enough we will do some sprints and shooting competitions.
