Take good care of yourself this week, get plenty of sleep and stay on top of your homework. Here’s the team training plan:
Tue (2): Meet at team room for some Z1 & Z4 intervals as per your training plan. 4:30-6:15pm.
Wed (3): Rest up, no team training
Thu (4): Travel to Silver Star. Get a ski/run in if you arrive early. Don’t worry if you don’t. Organize your training gear for tomorrow: scrape 1-2 pairs of classic skis, and ask a coach about putting on a base wax or not.
Fri (5): We will leave the houses around 9:00am to go skiing in classic at Sovereign Lake. Check your program for the remainder of the weekend’s training.
Sat/Sun: Race, travel home after Sundays race.

When you see 20 or 30 men (or women) line up for a distance race in some meet, don’t pity them, don’t feel sorry for them. Better envy them instead.
