    Hello Team –

    Hopefully you are mostly recovered from the camp.

    WE ARE CHANGING!!!
    I will be passing on to all of you some changes and rationale behind the renaming of some of our programs. Please refer to the following from now on:

    OLD NAME – – – – – – – – – – – – – NEW NAME
    Learn to Compete (LC) – – – – – Train to Train 3: T3
    Train to Compete (TC) – – – – – Learn to Compete: LC

    You will find attached a training plan for the next 3 weeks. Roddy and I will explain it to you at our next group session. This is a group program that everyone should follow (Colin and Kendra included). Stay on the low range of volume if you are playing a lot of soccer, but don’t be afraid to challenge yourself if you are up for it. The important thing is to stay very active 6 days a week – remember the minimum amount of physical activity is required by Health Canada just to stay healthy and fit!!!

    We will post the group training details on Monday evening, but refer to your program for which days the sessions will occur. Remember to register for bike insurance!
