    Hello Team –

Use caution in the next few days while training. It is cold out there.

Keep your outdoor training sessions shorter, dress warmly, use boot warmers and a balaclava. Stay away from skating (it’s not good for your technique anyway). Never do intensity training when it is cold. How cold? It is a bit individual but anything colder than -18 is cold. Try to stay out of the wind to prevent frostbite.

A good workout when it’s cold:
Easy Z1 classic (45-60 min), followed by current strength plan in gym, then a cool down on the bike. 2 hours total
