Hi Team!
Tomorrow we finally get to start the season!! Wahoo!
Here is the info:
Arrive: 8:45am. I want you all at the NC this early so we are well prepared for zero and the race.
Team meeting: 9:00am- we will cover the race loops, penatly loop, zero info, etc. It will be a very busy zero (6 ppl per lane!) so make sure your well prepared in the morning.
* If you gave me 2 pairs of skis you will need to test them after our meeting and bring back one pair to be waxed with a top coat.
Zero: 10:00am-11:05am (zero lanes 7-10)
Race start: 11:15am
Jr men: 11:23am
Jr/Yth women: 11:40am
Senior boys: 11:53am
Senior girls: 12:00pm
Jr. Boys: 12:35pm (short penalty loop 100m)
Jr. Girls: 12:46pm (Short penalty loop, 100m)
* Pick up your race skis from the team room. They will be ready by 11:00am. Older athletes will have theirs done first as they start earlier.
** You will have to warm-up and cool down running. Please bring runnning shoes.
*** For IBU (Youth and up) there is doping control (2 winners from one of the categories will be drawn for doping control)
After the race you will base wax your own ski’s for Sunday.
Remember to wear your CNSC race suit and attend medal ceremonies with a CNSC jacket.
