    Hi T1’s
Please check the Lc forum for more details about the Westerns.

    See you tomorrow

Thursday: 4:30 – 5:30 Easy practice to ski the courses.

Classic ski – DRESS WARMLY, you will need something over your face and mouth. We will just ski the classic course a couple of times slowly, then go in for stretching and race plans. Warm up skis for the session use binder then blue extra as the wax of the day.

    RACE SKIS
You will need to wax your race skis for classic, with a cold glider. LF4 would be the best, but you could also use solda green. This will be needed for Friday’s race. Then apply a thin layer of base binder. Swix VG 35, or Toko Green, or Rode Black.
apply binder from your 0.1 line in front to your 0.1 line in back, or to the back of your binding plate. You can leave your skis in the team room with your name, and category on them and place them in the rack. Or make sure they are at the team room by 8:30am Friday. You should bring your Skate race skis with you on Friday to race wax them after your race with wax provided and leave them with us Friday afternoon for Saturday’s race.

The Schedule has been changed for the weekend – check it out here:
